Birth Doula Support

Complimentary Consultation

  • A free meeting to discuss your hopes, questions, and how I can best support your family.

Prenatal Visits (2 visits)

  • Getting to know your goals, preferences, and concerns

  • Creating and discussing your birth preferences

  • Evidence-based education and informed decision-making support

  • Partner preparation and ways your support person can participate

  • Preparing for postpartum recovery and newborn adustment 

Unlimited Communication Support

  • Phone, text and email support throughout pregnancy for questions, resources, and reassurance.

On-Call Availability

  • On-call beginning at 38 weeks of pregnancy until the birth of your baby.

Continuous Labor and Birth Support

  • Emotional encouragement and reassurance

  • Comfort measures such as breathing techniques, positioning, movement, massage, relaxation, and labor support strategies 

  • Support for your partner and family members

  • Advocacy through information and helping you communicate your preferences with your care team

  • Continuous support throughout labor, birth, and the immediate postpartum period

Immediate Postpartum Support

  • Support during the first hours after birth
